IDBI JAM Recruitment 2025 : Eligibility Criteria
The candidates must hold the required eligibility parameters to get
recruited for the post of Junior Assistant Manager posts as discussed below.
In case candidates do not fulfill the required eligibility parameters their
application forms will be rejected at any stage of the selection process.
Educational Qualification
- The candidates should hold a Graduation Degree from a recognized University or Institution to apply for Junior Assistant Manager posts.
- Candidates are expected to have proficiency in computers.
- Proficiency in the regional language will be prefered.
Age Limit (As on 01/03/2025)
The candidates should be of age limit 20 to 25 years to be eligible to apply

- Click on the notification reading - " Recruitment of Junior Assistant Manager (Grade 'O'), Through PGDBF-2025-26)".
- Now click on "Apply Online" and a new page will open on your screen.
- Enter all your personal and educational details in the application form correctly in the desired sections.
- Candidates can proceed to upload a Photo, Signature, Thumb impression, Hand-written declaration and Scribe declaration (if-opted for scribe).

IDBI JAM Recruitment 2025 : Salary
The candidates will be first selected for a 6 month training period with a
stipend of Rs. 1,500/- per month and then will be promoted to 2 moths of
Internship Period with a stipend of Rs. 15,000/- per month. Once the
probation period is complete and selected candidates are recruited for
Junior Assistant Manager Grade 'O' Posts, for which the pay scale ranges
between Rs. 6.14 lakh to 6.50 lakh per anum.
