Export Credit Guarantee Corporation will conduct the ECGC PO 2024 exam to
select eligible candidates for filling vacant positions of Probationary
Officer in the Specialist Cadre. ECGC is a government-owned export credit
provider under the ownership of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry,
Government of India based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

ECGC Recruitment 2024 : Eligibility Criteria
The candidates must check the ECGC PO eligibility criteria before applying
for the same. The candidates who apply for the ECGC PO Exam should ensure
that they fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria required for the
recruitment process.
Educational Qualification
The minimum educational qualification required to become a Probationary
Officer must hold a Graduation degree from a recognised University/
Institution. Any graduate is eligible to take the exam, no percentage
criteria are mentioned.
Nationality
Any candidate who is applying for the ECGC PO exam should be either
-
- A citizen of India or
- A subject of Nepal or
- A subject of Bhutan or
- A tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 to permanently settle in India or
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Shri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic od Tanzania ( formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam intending to permanently settle in India.
Age Limit (As on 01/09/2024)
In order to apply online for the ECGC PO exam, the minimum age of the
candidate must be 21 years and the maximum age must be 30
years.

ECGC Recruitment 2024 : Selection Process
The candidates have to appear for an online examination and interview round
the get shortlisted for ECGC PO Recruitment 2024. The candidates have to
qualify each stage to get shortlisted for ECGC PO Vacancy 2024.

There will be 2 parts of the online examination.The structure for ECGC PO
Examination has been discussed below -
Objective Test (MCQs)
- The online examination consists of 200 multiple-choice questions for 1 mark each.
- A negative marking of 0.25 marks (1/4 th mark) for each incorrect answer.
- There will be a sectional timing for each test as discussed in the below table.

The ECGC PO Application fees for all categories is given in the below
table. The application fees are inclusive of intimation charges. Online
payment charges will be borne by the candidates.

Follow the below mentioned steps to start filling your application from for
ECGC PO Recruitment 2024 -
- Visit the ECGC official website at https://www.ecgc.in/ and open the link "Careers with ECGC".
- Choose the option "Current Openings" and then click on "Click here to apply online".
- Choose the option for new registration and register using a valid email id and mobile number.
- Complete the application form with the required details and upload the scanned copy ot the photograph and signature, thumb impression and handwritten declaration.
- Now, proceed for final payment and click on the submit button.
- Take out the printout of the ECGC PO 2024 Application Form for future purposes.
ECGC Recruitment 2024 : Salary
The candidates shall be selected for Probationary Officer in the cadre of
Executive Officers at a pay scale of
53600-2645(14)-90630-2865(4)-102090. The officers are also eligible
for the allowances and benefits like DA, HRA, TA, Medical Allowance and
other perks besides basic pay. The CTC for the candidates selected for the
post of ECGC PO in Mumbai is Rs. 16 lakh per annum.
