Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced a total of 6238
vacancies, out of which 183 vacancies are for Technician Grade 1 and
6055 vacancies are for Technician Grade 3 posts. The category-wise

RRB Technician Recruitment 2025 : Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for RRB Technician posts, candidates must meet
specific criteira related to age, nationality and educational
qualification.
Nationality
To meet the RRB Technician Recruitment 2025 eligibility
requirements for the nationality, an applicant must be either -
- A citizen of India.
- A Tibetan refugee who travelled to India before January 1, 1962 to permanently live in India.
- A person of India origin who has permanently settled in India after migrating from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia or Vietnam.
- Nepali and Bhutanese subjects.

RRB Technician Recruitment 2025 : Application Form
The RRB Technician Recruitment 2025 online application
process is straightforward and must be completed through the
official website of the respective RRB zone. The applicaton window
is currenlty open, and the last date to apply is 28th July 2025.
To begin, candidates must register by providing basic details such
as their name, mobile number and email ID. Upon successful
registration, they will receive a login ID and password to access
the application form.
RRB Technician Recruitment 2025 : Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay an application fee online
while filling out the application form. Only the candidates
who attend the CBT will get a refund of their examination
fee.

RRB Technician Recruitment 2025 : How to Apply?
Candidates are advised to go through the detailed instructions
provided in the official notification regarding how to apply for the
post online. We have shared the step-by-step approach to filling out
the application form to give you an overview. Candidates can follow
the steps given below.
- Open the official website of the Railway Recruitment Board for online registration, which is https://www.rrbapply.gov.in/.
- Navigate to the "Apply" section and select "Create an Account".
- For new users, click on "Create an Account and fill in the necessary details like nationality, candidates name, fathers name, mothers name and more details.
- Provide personal information, including email ID and working mobile number, then proceed to verify OTP.
- An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number or email ID, and then enter the OTP to complete the verification process.
- Create a strong password and enter the captcha code displayed on the screen.
- Log in to the account using the password created in the previous step and complete the application form by entering all required information. If applying for a scribe, provide the necessary details for the scribe person.
- Upload essential documents, including the candidates signature and acoloredd passport-sized photograph in the prescribed format (scanned copies only).
- Pay the application fee through the payment methods as provided by RRB.
- At last, submit the form and take a printout of it.
RRB Technician Recruitment 2025 : Salary Structure
RRB Technician Grade-I (Signal) offers a salary at Pay
Level-5 with an initial pay of Rs. 29,200. Technician Grade -III
posts are under Pay Level 2, with a starting pay of Rs.
19,900.
